At Ms.DD shop&Chic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

• All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
